This course will prepare you for your postpartum window. During this workshop we will discuss early physical healing, Cesarean aftercare, Chest/breast care, Postpartum mood disorders, building out your support, partner support and resources. This workshop will also offer a dynamic hands on offering on herbs and plants that can support the body during this time. Participants will walk away with a postpartum plan, foundational understanding of the postpartum period, and how to create their own postpartum tea blend, sitz bath, and body oil.

Taking lead from our amazing colleague Rhonda Fellows, we are using tiered pricing to promote accessibility and equity. The investment for this offering ranges from $150-250. This fee includes your attendance, one support person, and materials necessary for the hands on portion of this course. Descriptions of the pricing is as follows:

• Wave 1 pricing-$150 This is considered sliding scale/scholarship

• Wave II- $200- This is considered the true cost of this workshop

• Wave III -$250 allows for us to offer wave 1 pricing, equitable pay for facilitators, attendance at workshop.

You will select the amount of your investment in $50 increments by changing the quantity that you are purchasing. [i.e. if you are investing $250 for this workshop, you'd add $5 tiers to your cart upon checkout to reach the total (5*5=250)].
